How long does it take to customize a steering wheel?
Each steering wheel is handmade and usually takes 3-4 weeks to complete. For particularly complex designs, additional time may be required. If there are any delays or schedule changes, we will contact you by email and explain the reason.
Will I lose any functions?
Usually, we can retain your steering wheel heating and vibration functions, but this may require an additional cost.
Does it come with airbags and buttons?
Usually, the steering wheel does not include buttons or airbags. You can transfer your original factory airbags and buttons to the new steering wheel.
What is the warranty?
Steering wheel: 1-year manufacturer warranty for carbon fiber surface heat cracking. This warranty does not cover parts that are normally worn or inevitably deteriorate, such as leather, Alcantara, and painted plain carbon fiber.
LED lights and modules: 1-year manufacturer warranty for defects.
External carbon fiber products: 150-day warranty for yellowing, delamination, or cracking.
How can I customize more styles that are not available on the website?

Can right-hand drive vehicles be used?
Yes. It is 100% compatible with right-hand drive vehicles.
What shipping method do you use?
We usually use air freight because it is faster and safer. If another shipping method is required, we will inform you in advance by email.
Can I track my order?

Where do you ship from?
For European orders, we usually ship from our warehouse in Germany. For Asian orders, we usually ship from our warehouse in Hong Kong. For US orders, we may ship from our US warehouse or Hong Kong warehouse, depending on stock availability and logistics arrangements.

However, if you do not have any car repair or installation experience, we recommend having it installed at a professional repair shop. The process usually takes about one hour. We will also provide instructional videos to help you install the steering wheel properly.
How do I disassemble the airbag?
If you are not sure how to remove your airbag or steering wheel, we will provide disassembly guidance.
How do I install the LED?
To install the LED, locate the positive and negative poles on the steering wheel, then connect the positive and negative wires accordingly. We will also provide installation guidance.
How does the LED transmit data?
We will provide an OBD device. When the LED is powered on, the OBD device transmits vehicle data to the LED screen via Bluetooth.

As the title states, ordered and installed my custom wheel last year and still daily drive with it as of today. It still looks amazing and is holding up without any issues. Completely changed the feel of the car and is genuinely one of the best purchases I have made in terms of looks and enjoyment. They are the real deal.

It took a long time to receive the wheel but to no fault of the company because some parts were on back order but they kept in communication, quickly finished it when they did get the back order part, sent a photo of the finish product to see if it’s what I want or if anything needed tweaking and after my final ok quickly shipped it out. I’m very pleased with the outcome of the steering wheel itself, the customer service was great and the experience was what a professional company is suppose to be. I will definitely be doing business with them again.
